Episode 4: How to Choose a Buyer’s Agent

Welcome to episode 4 of the Better Together Realty Group.  Today we are talking about buyers agents and how you find one. Who do you work with? There are so many great agents out there and it can be overwhelming. Where do you start? How do you know which one to go with? Luckily for you, we have 2 amazing buyer specialists on our team and today Colton and Dayna are going to tell you a little bit about what they do to set themselves apart and help you with the process


Dayna:

I am here to let you know a few things to look for when you’re selecting a buyers agent. First, I think it’s really important that your buyers agent is knowledgeable of the market, the current market, and the buying process. Also, I am a buyers agent, I think it’s very important to be a good listener, available, and know what your clients needs are.  


Colton:

You want to make sure you have someone who will take care of you in the best way possible. One of the services that we provide is a needs determination. People use this a lot and the main goal of this is to make sure that without a shadow of a doubt we know what you’re looking for in a home, why you want those things, and we know how to get those for you. This is going to help us negotiate for you in your interest in your home and it's going to help that process be much smoother. We have a lot of resources that are available for you such as a buyers upfront cost that are going to get you through that process and that transaction and get you closed. We’re going to talk about food and our favorite restaurants in Midlothian, Ellis county, Waxahachie, and Mansfield.
