Episode 2: Where To Searching For A Home?


Hey Everyone! Welcome to Episode 2, today we’re going to answer the question: Where do we start looking for a home?

It’s really confusing and very overwhelming, especially in this market. Where do you even start? 

We have 4 little tips to help you out.

Third, your time frame of everything.

Fourth, download our app that will help you find those homes. 


Budget:

We need to know what we’re working with. We need to know your budget so we want to get you set up a lender. We have a few preferred ones we can get you set up with. They will talk to you about financing, the pre approval process, and then you can get back with us while we begin looking for your dream home. 


Time Frame:

The next step in the process is your time frame. When are you looking to actually be in your new home? There are many things that come into play throughout the transaction. Knowing that closing date is going to be a moving target.  Having a general idea of what we’re looking for is really important. We want to make sure that the timeframe that you’re for with the closing of the house, coincides with your current living situation so no one is left making two payments if we can actually keep from it, or help you sublet or sell if needed.

This allows you to search all over the metroplex, anywhere you are looking for a home, but it does not share your information with other agents. So when you sign up for our app, only we can have that to see what you are looking at. You can message us directly, you can heart things, like things, we can see that, but your information does not go to anybody else.
